Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Kansas City, MO)

Foxglove Amber Pharma is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
