Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Cedar Union Health and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving referrals. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
