Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Mill Arts Center and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
