Bright Harbor Arts Center Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving exhibitions. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
