Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Jackson, MS)

Bright Rook Community Partners runs community programmes across Jackson, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
