Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Jackson, MS)

Harborlight Forge Energy Partners is an energy provider in Jackson focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage response. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
