Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Jackson, MS)

Redstone Forge Care Services provides in-home and community support in Jackson. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving care plans. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
