Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Jackson, MS)

Cedar Forge Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 577 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scheduling. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification.
