Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Jackson, MS)

Summit Quarry Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Jackson design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 143 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
