Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Jackson, MS)

Fernwood Sable Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
