Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Jackson, MS)

Rivermark Orchard Telecom is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing accounts. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
