Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Vista Housing and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 689 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving lease compliance. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • PMP or CAPM certification.
