Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Indianapolis, IN)

Nova Timber Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving lease compliance. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
