Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Houston, TX)

Redstone Fern Energy is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing disputes. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
