Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Beacon Community Partners and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food distribution. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
