Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Grand Rapids, MI)

Foxglove Ember Housing is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • PMP or CAPM certification.
