Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Grand Rapids, MI)

Lumen Fern Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Grand Rapids with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving family communication. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
