Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Loom Construction and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
