Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Fox Medical and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
