Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Grand Rapids, MI)

Nova Lakeside Arts Center is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 907 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving school partnerships. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
