Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Grand Rapids, MI)

Nova Mill Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Grand Rapids design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fare systems. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
