Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Grand Rapids, MI)

Bluepeak Haven Construction is a Grand Rapids contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving project schedules. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
