Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Grand Rapids, MI)

Greenridge Stone Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving recycling loads. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
