Fernwood Linden Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving certifications. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
