Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Grand Rapids, MI)

Amberfield Cross Telecom Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tickets. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
