Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Maple Community Partners and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food distribution. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
