Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Grand Rapids, MI)

Clearpath Wren Energy is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving hardship programmes. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
