Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Grand Rapids, MI)

Westbrook Forge Civic Services is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 637 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving permits. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • PMP or CAPM certification.
