Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Meadow Water Authority and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving capital projects. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
