Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Rook Construction and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving materials orders. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
