Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Fort Worth, TX)

Cedar Bright Community Partners is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer shifts. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
