Cedar Meridian Hospitality is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving housekeeping schedules. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
