Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Fort Worth, TX)

Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 771 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • PMP or CAPM certification.
