Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Fort Worth, TX)

Silverline Cobalt Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving training materials. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
