Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Fort Worth, TX)

Nova Clear Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Fort Worth focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving network equipment. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
