Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Fort Worth, TX)

Cedar Mill Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Fort Worth presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ticketing. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
