Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Fort Worth, TX)

Silverline Sable Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Fort Worth producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory filings. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
