Fernwood Wren Hospitality is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving housekeeping schedules. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
