Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Fort Worth, TX)

Fernwood Lakeside Legal Group provides legal services in Fort Worth across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 84 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client files. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
