Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Fort Worth, TX)

Stonegate Sable Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Fort Worth and nearby communities, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving capital projects. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
