Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Summit North Construction Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving subcontractor invoices. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
