Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Harbor Freight Partners moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of El Paso, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
