Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (El Paso, TX)

Rivermark Umber Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around El Paso. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food costs. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
