Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (El Paso, TX)

Lumen Iron Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in El Paso. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 220 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory submissions. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
