Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning Partners and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
