Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Detroit, MI)

Highbridge Meadow Manufacturing Group is a Detroit manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
