Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Des Moines, IA)

Stonegate Birch Freight is a Des Moines logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
