Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Des Moines, IA)

Rivermark Fern Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Des Moines. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We invest in training. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service installations. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
