Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Clear Telecom and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving network equipment. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
