Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Denver, CO)

Stonegate Wren Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Denver with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
